Bob worked at Steelcase for twenty-nine years holding various leadership roles in Sales and Dealer Development within the United States and Europe. For much of that time, his organization collaborated with dealer owners and their leadership teams to build more effective and profitable businesses. While at Steelcase Bob personally engaged in the Legacy Map practice and having “retired” now serves as a Legacy Coach helping others to create and implement plans to have their own exciting and fulfilling next phase of life.
